1.1 Agreement to these Terms
These Website Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to your access to and use of the RevLimit website, member portal, booking pages, payment pages, support channels, promotions, membership offerings, referrals, and related customer interactions connected with RevLimit Auto Pty Ltd. By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting vehicle details, paying for a membership, using a Membership ID, booking a service, requesting a quote, accepting a referral, or otherwise interacting with the RevLimit platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Who these Terms apply to
These Terms apply to all customers, members, prospective members, website users, vehicle owners, authorised representatives, and any person who submits booking information, payment details, vehicle details, or referral enquiries through RevLimit. If you act on behalf of another person, business, family member, or vehicle owner, you warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms to the extent applicable.
1.3 Additional documents
These Terms should be read together with any membership page, pricing page, campaign page, booking rules, cancellation policy, refund policy, privacy policy, plan page, checkout page, quote, booking confirmation, partner-specific disclosure, and third-party provider documents disclosed to you before sign-up, booking, or purchase. To the extent of any inconsistency, the more specific transaction document may supplement these Terms for that transaction, but it will not reduce any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1.4 No legal, financial or mechanical advice
Information made available on the RevLimit website or through the platform is general information only. It is not legal advice, financial advice, roadworthiness certification, comprehensive mechanical advice, or product advice about any third-party warranty or protection product. You remain responsible for obtaining your own independent advice where appropriate.
2.1 Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires: Account means a customer or member profile created in the RevLimit system. Booking System means the RevLimit booking portal or another booking process authorised by RevLimit from time to time. Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Western Australia. Detailing Service means cleaning, cosmetic enhancement, protection treatment, or related detailing work carried out by an independent detailing provider. Detailing Partner means an independent detailing provider used by RevLimit from time to time. Member means a person with an active recurring RevLimit membership. Member Portal means the online area used to verify membership status, manage account information, and submit bookings. Membership ID means the unique identifier allocated by RevLimit to a member account. Partner Workshop means an independent workshop that performs inspections, servicing, repairs, diagnostics, or related work for customers who book or are referred through RevLimit. RevLimit, we, us, or our means RevLimit Auto Pty Ltd ABN 60 684 307 060 trading as RevLimit Auto and RevLimit Auto Protection. Vehicle means the specific vehicle recorded against the relevant membership in the RevLimit system. Warranty Provider means a third-party product provider, such as Integrity Car Care or another provider, that may offer optional warranty or protection products directly to customers referred by RevLimit
3.1 Nature of the platform
RevLimit is a membership, booking, coordination, and referral platform. RevLimit manages membership administration, account management, eligibility controls, booking logic, customer communication functions, and referral coordination. RevLimit does not itself perform mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, detailing work, or warranty administration. Any hands-on mechanical service, inspection, diagnosis, repair, replacement, cosmetic treatment, or detailing work is physically performed by an independent third-party provider and not by RevLimit.
3.2 What RevLimit supplies
The service supplied by RevLimit is the provision of membership administration, account management, booking access, platform controls, customer communication functions, and referral or coordination services through the RevLimit platform. Any hands-on mechanical, diagnostic, repair, inspection, or detailing work is supplied separately by the relevant independent provider identified at or before booking.
3.3 Independence of partners
Partner workshops and detailing partners are independent businesses operating on their own account. Unless RevLimit expressly states otherwise in writing, they are not employees or agents of RevLimit. RevLimit may set platform access rules, booking procedures, customer communication standards, verification requirements, and eligibility requirements for use of the RevLimit platform, but RevLimit does not direct or control the partner's technical diagnosis, repair methods, labour processes, workshop operations, premises, staff supervision, or service execution.
3.4 No warranty, no insurance, no mechanical breakdown cover issued by RevLimit
RevLimit memberships are not insurance policies, warranty contracts, guaranteed mechanical repair contracts, or mechanical breakdown cover issued by RevLimit. RevLimit supplies a membership and coordination platform only. Any mechanical work or detailing work is supplied by an independent provider. Any optional warranty or protection product is supplied by the third-party issuer identified in that product's own documents.
3.5 Referral-only role for third-party products
Where RevLimit refers or redirects you to a third-party warranty or protection product, RevLimit acts only as a referral source or introductory platform participant. RevLimit does not issue the product, does not underwrite risk, does not set the provider's product terms, and does not decide claims. Any contract for a third-party product is between you and the provider, and is governed by the provider's own product documents, disclosures, and contractual terms.
3.6 No promise of unlimited services
Membership is not an unlimited-use program. Access to member benefits is subject to vehicle eligibility, waiting periods, active status, one-vehicle rules, booking windows, service interval controls, partner availability, plan inclusions, exclusions, and misuse protections. RevLimit may limit, defer, or decline bookings where those platform conditions are not met.
4.1 Customer eligibility
You may apply for or purchase a membership if you are at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are the registered owner of the vehicle or otherwise have lawful authority to enrol that vehicle onto the RevLimit platform. RevLimit may require identity verification, vehicle information checks, payment verification, ownership checks, and account validation before accepting or continuing a membership.
4.2 One membership, one registered vehicle
Unless RevLimit expressly agrees otherwise in writing, each membership is linked to one nominated vehicle only. A membership may not be shared across multiple vehicles, rotated between vehicles, or used to obtain benefits for a vehicle that is not the vehicle recorded in the RevLimit system. RevLimit may require a Membership ID match, registration match, account details match, and active-status confirmation before recognising eligibility or allowing a booking to proceed.
4.3 Accurate account information
You must keep your name, mobile number, email address, address, vehicle registration, make, model, year, odometer information, payment details, and any other requested account details complete, current, and accurate. RevLimit may suspend portal access, place an account on hold, or decline a booking until inaccurate or incomplete information is corrected. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account or using your Membership ID, except to the extent caused by RevLimit's own negligence, system fault, or security failure.
4.4 Member portal access and restrictions
Members are required to use the member portal and approved booking flow using their Membership ID and vehicle registration details. RevLimit may introduce authentication checks, validation prompts, booking blocks, fraud controls, and service interval controls in order to protect the integrity of the platform and prevent misuse. You must not create duplicate accounts, attempt to bypass portal requirements, manipulate booking logic, or use workarounds to obtain benefits to which your membership or vehicle is not entitled.
5.1 General vehicle age and condition rules
As a general rule, a vehicle must satisfy the eligibility criteria published or disclosed by RevLimit from time to time. RevLimit may decline a vehicle, suspend an application, or require additional checks if the vehicle falls outside RevLimit's acceptable age, condition, maintenance, serviceability, safety, usage, or risk profile. Acceptance of a vehicle is not automatic and may be refused where RevLimit or a reviewing partner considers that the vehicle does not fit the platform requirements.
5.2 Administrative eligibility decision only
Vehicle acceptance into the platform is an administrative eligibility decision only. It is not a representation that the vehicle is mechanically sound, roadworthy, safe to operate, fit for purpose, free from fault, or compliant with manufacturer recommendations. Unless expressly described otherwise in writing, a vehicle eligibility inspection is undertaken for RevLimit onboarding and screening purposes only. It is not a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection, not a roadworthiness certificate, and not a guarantee that all faults, future faults, wear items, or safety issues have been identified.
5.3 Paid inspection requirement
RevLimit may require a paid vehicle eligibility inspection with a partner workshop before accepting a vehicle onto the platform, particularly where the vehicle is older, modified, has incomplete service history, uncertain condition, or otherwise falls outside RevLimit's standard onboarding profile. Inspection fees, workshop charges, diagnostic charges, consumables, and any follow-up assessment charges are payable by the customer unless RevLimit expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
5.4 Inspection outcome and failed-inspection pathwa
The inspecting workshop may recommend repairs, servicing, cleaning, rectification, or further diagnostic work before the vehicle can be reconsidered for eligibility. If a vehicle does not meet the platform requirements, RevLimit may decline the membership application or may offer the customer the option to have recommended work completed through a partner workshop before the vehicle is reassessed. A failed inspection does not entitle you to free rectification work, free re-inspection, or automatic acceptance onto the platform.
6.1 Recurring membership model
RevLimit memberships are recurring memberships. By joining, you authorise RevLimit or its payment processor to charge the membership fee and any authorised related charges on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected billing cycle until the membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms. The plan inclusions available to you are those displayed or confirmed at the time of sign-up, subject to any lawful future changes disclosed in accordance with these Terms.
6.2 Mandatory 30-day activation period
A new membership is subject to a mandatory 30-day activation period starting from the date of the first successful payment, unless RevLimit expressly states otherwise in writing. During that activation period, the customer may hold an account and complete onboarding functions, but is not eligible to redeem member service benefits, member-rate booking logic, or any other member entitlement stated as commencing after activation. Member benefits first become available from the second membership month, subject to continued active status, vehicle eligibility, booking rules, and plan inclusions.
6.3 Activation requirements and inactive status
Membership access and eligibility may depend on successful payment, identity and vehicle verification, completion of required account fields, acceptance of these Terms, and, where applicable, completion of a vehicle eligibility inspection. RevLimit may treat a membership as pending, on hold, inactive, or not yet eligible for booking until those steps are complete. If a payment fails, is reversed, is charged back, is disputed, or cannot be processed, RevLimit may suspend portal access, booking rights, or member benefits until the account is restored to good standing.
6.4 Pricing changes
RevLimit may change membership pricing, billing frequency, or plan structure for future billing periods by giving at least 30 days' prior notice. Any change will apply prospectively only and will not affect a billing period already paid for. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel your membership before the next billing date and no increased fee will be charged for a future period.
7.1 Booking through RevLimit only
Where a membership benefit, discounted service, inspection pathway, member-only access, or member-rate arrangement is offered through RevLimit, it must be booked through the RevLimit booking system or another booking process specifically authorised by RevLimit. Direct arrangements with a partner may not be recognised as a RevLimit booking and may not qualify for any member pricing, member logic, or platform support. RevLimit may require that the Membership ID, registered vehicle registration, account identity, and active membership status all match before a booking can proceed.
7.2 Service interval enforcement
RevLimit may enforce minimum time intervals between eligible bookings or member benefit use. If you attempt to book too early, while inactive, during the activation period, outside the permitted interval, or for a service not included within your membership, RevLimit may block the booking, show the next eligible date, require manual review, require payment as a normal customer booking, or refuse the request. You must not attempt to avoid these controls by booking under another name, creating a duplicate account, changing vehicle details, or approaching a partner directly to seek member treatment outside the approved system.
7.3 Rescheduling, lateness and no-shows
RevLimit and the relevant independent provider may impose reasonable rules regarding appointment windows, rescheduling notice periods, late arrival, no-shows, access requirements, deposits, and rebooking restrictions. Repeated non-attendance, late cancellation, or misuse of booking slots may result in booking restrictions, deposit requirements, or suspension of access to certain member functions. You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle presented is the booked vehicle, arrives on time, is accessible for the allocated service duration, and is in a condition reasonably suitable for the booked work to commence.
7.4 Capacity and operational changes
All bookings are subject to provider availability, staffing, parts availability, technology issues, public holidays, traffic delays, safety concerns, vehicle condition, and other operational factors. RevLimit or the relevant provider may reschedule, reallocate, or decline a booking where reasonably necessary. Where practicable, reasonable notice will be given.
8.1 Independent mechanical services
Mechanical inspections, servicing, diagnostics, repairs, parts replacement, and related hands-on work are physically carried out by independent partner workshops. RevLimit does not itself perform the mechanical work. The workshop performing the work is responsible for its own technical diagnosis, labour methods, parts handling, equipment use, workshop procedures, staff supervision, and workmanship in relation to the services it performs.
8.2 Quotes, repairs and workshop recommendations
A workshop may identify additional work, safety issues, maintenance needs, wear items, parts requirements, or diagnostic pathways beyond any membership inclusion or inspection purpose. Any recommendation given by the workshop is the workshop's own professional assessment based on the vehicle condition presented at the time. Unless clearly stated otherwise, parts, extra labour, and rectification work outside any disclosed member inclusion are payable by the customer.
8.3 Responsibility split between RevLimit and the workshop
Mechanical work is physically carried out by the independent workshop, which is responsible for its own technical diagnosis, labour, parts handling, workmanship, workshop procedures, and any warranties or remedies it gives in relation to that work. RevLimit does not itself perform the mechanical work. However, nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies you may have against RevLimit under applicable law in relation to the membership platform, booking services, representations made by RevLimit, or any service supplied by RevLimit itself.
8.4 Workmanship warranties, if any
Any workmanship warranty, service guarantee, or repair remedy relating to work physically performed on your vehicle is provided, if at all, by the workshop or provider that performed that work and not by RevLimit, unless RevLimit expressly states otherwise in writing. RevLimit may assist with coordination of communication, but does not become the workshop or the guarantor of the workshop's work merely by coordinating a booking or receiving a complaint.
8.5 Vehicle condition and fault-discovery disclaimer
Vehicles are complex machines and may have hidden, intermittent, pre-existing, developing, or unrelated faults that are not apparent at the time of booking, inspection, or service. Neither a booking, inspection, nor workshop referral guarantees that every issue affecting the vehicle will be identified or that future breakdown will be prevented. You remain responsible for following manufacturer recommendations, responding to warning lights or abnormal vehicle behaviour, and obtaining appropriate technical advice if safety symptoms arise.
9.1 Independent detailing provider
Detailing services are carried out by an independent detailing provider and not by RevLimit. The detailing provider determines the practical scope of cleaning, correction, coating, protection, odour treatment, stain treatment, interior work, and any limits on what can reasonably be achieved for the quoted price, taking into account the vehicle's actual condition.
9.2 Quote variations based on condition
Detailing quotes may vary depending on vehicle size, type, age, paint condition, contamination level, stains, odours, pet hair, mould, salt exposure, overspray, scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, and additional services requested. An online estimate, standard menu indication, or preliminary member indication is not a fixed price unless confirmed after review of the actual vehicle condition.
9.3 Member and non-member pricing
RevLimit may offer different pricing structures, referral pathways, or member benefits for members and non-members. Any member pricing or member savings advertised by RevLimit is subject to the customer's active status, the booking being made through the approved RevLimit process, and the vehicle meeting the disclosed conditions for that pricing pathway.
9.4 Detailing outcome disclaimer
Detailing is not bodywork, panel repair, repainting, smash repair, dent removal, or guaranteed restoration. Results vary according to the condition, age, severity, materials, and prior treatment history of the vehicle. Neither RevLimit nor the detailing provider guarantees that scratches, stains, odours, fading, contamination, paint defects, leather wear, or trim defects can be completely removed or reversed.
10.1 Referral-only position
RevLimit may refer customers to third-party providers such as Integrity Car Care or other product providers for optional warranty or related protection products. RevLimit is not the issuer, underwriter, administrator, claims assessor, or claims decision-maker for those products. Any application, acceptance, cooling-off rights, cancellation rights, disclosure obligations, exclusions, and claims handling are governed by the provider's own documents and contractual terms.
10.2 Provider documents govern
Where RevLimit refers or redirects you to a third-party warranty or protection product, any application and purchase process is governed by the issuer's own documentation, including any product disclosure, financial services, cooling-off, cancellation, and claims documents made available by or on behalf of that issuer. You should read those documents carefully before deciding whether to proceed.
10.3 No promise about acceptance or claims
A referral by RevLimit does not mean that the provider will accept your application, that cover will commence, or that a future claim will be approved. RevLimit does not guarantee the quality, suitability, price, claims outcome, responsiveness, or solvency of a third-party provider. Any statement made on the RevLimit website about a third-party product is general referral information only and is not intended to replace the provider's official documentation.
11.1 Membership misuse
You must not misuse the platform. Misuse includes attempting to redeem benefits for a non-registered vehicle, booking before the waiting period or service interval has expired by using false or altered details, pressuring a provider to ignore eligibility rules, using another person's Membership ID, rotating vehicles through one membership, claiming member status while inactive, or seeking free or discounted work to which you are not entitled.
11.2 Fraud protection
If RevLimit reasonably suspects fraud, attempted fraud, chargeback abuse, identity manipulation, false ownership claims, forged service history, deliberate misrepresentation of vehicle condition, repeated abusive behaviour, or intentional circumvention of platform rules, RevLimit may pause or cancel bookings, suspend or terminate the membership, retain records, decline future applications, and share relevant information with payment processors, partners, professional advisers, insurers, or authorities where permitted or required by law.
11.3 False information and cost recovery
You warrant that all information you provide to RevLimit is truthful, complete, and not misleading in any material respect, including vehicle registration, make, model, year, odometer, service history, modifications, known faults, prior damage, and ownership or authority details. If materially inaccurate information causes wasted bookings, incorrect pricing, workshop loss, detailing loss, or other reasonable direct costs, RevLimit may recover those reasonable costs from you to the extent permitted by law.
11.4 Suspension and termination for serious breach
RevLimit may suspend, restrict, or terminate a membership or account immediately where there is fraud, chargeback abuse, non-payment, serious misuse, abusive conduct toward staff or providers, illegal conduct, safety risk, or another serious breach that makes continuation of the relationship operationally or commercially unreasonable. Termination under this clause does not affect accrued rights, unpaid amounts, or rights required by law.
12.1 Customer cancellation of membership
You may cancel your recurring membership using the cancellation process made available by RevLimit from time to time. Unless a different timing is clearly disclosed at checkout, cancellation will stop future recurring charges at the end of the then-current billing period. Unless the membership is suspended or terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, serious misuse, non-payment, safety risk, or another serious breach, access to the paid membership period will continue until the end of that billing period.
12.2 RevLimit cancellation rights
RevLimit may cancel a membership on notice if a partner arrangement ends, the platform changes materially, a product line is withdrawn, recurring payment facilities cannot be maintained, or continuation becomes commercially impractical. Where RevLimit cancels for convenience rather than because of your breach, RevLimit may provide a pro-rata credit, refund, alternative arrangement, or notice of end date as RevLimit considers reasonable, having regard to the circumstances and any legal requirements.
12.3 Refund policy and goodwill refunds
Except as required by law, membership fees, booking fees, inspection fees, deposits, and charges for services already delivered, booked, commenced, reserved, or consumed are generally non-refundable. RevLimit may, in its discretion, provide a partial refund, account credit, booking credit, or goodwill adjustment where the circumstances justify it, but nothing in these Terms obliges RevLimit to do so outside your legal rights. Where RevLimit provides a discretionary goodwill refund that is not required by law, RevLimit may take into account the value of benefits already used, partner costs already incurred, and non-recoverable transaction costs. This paragraph does not apply to any refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law or any other non-excludable law.
12.4 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent state or territory legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Where a law permits RevLimit to limit liability for a service supplied by RevLimit, RevLimit limits its liability to re-supplying that service or paying the reasonable cost of having that service supplied again, at RevLimit's election.
13.1 Pre-existing faults and vehicle condition
RevLimit is not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, hidden defects, latent defects, undisclosed damage, prior poor repairs, deterioration, or issues arising from the vehicle's age, maintenance history, usage pattern, accident history, or prior owner conduct. Acceptance of a vehicle onto the platform, a booking, or a referral does not mean that those issues do not exist or have been ruled out.
13.2 Third-party services
RevLimit uses third-party service providers, including partner workshops, detailing providers, payment processors, hosting providers, scheduling software, communications providers, and referral providers. RevLimit is not liable for loss caused solely by the independent acts or omissions of those third parties where RevLimit has not itself breached these Terms, made a misleading representation, failed to exercise due care and skill in supplying its own platform services, or otherwise become liable under law.
13.3 Exclusion of indirect and consequential loss
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevLimit excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, including indirect loss of profit, indirect loss of business opportunity, or similar consequential economic loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising under the Australian Consumer Law.
13.4 Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is lawfully registered where required, safe to present, reasonably accessible at the agreed time, and not loaded with valuables or dangerous items. You should remove valuables and personal items before presenting the vehicle to a workshop or detailing provider. You acknowledge that vehicle services and detailing involve ordinary practical risks, including delays, discovery of existing faults, incomplete cosmetic outcomes due to condition limits, and the possible need for additional work, and you accept those ordinary risks to the extent permitted by law.
14.1 Collection and use of information
RevLimit may collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information and vehicle-related information for purposes including account creation, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, booking management, member support, referral administration, analytics, compliance, marketing where permitted, and platform improvement. Information may include your name, contact details, payment details, registration details, vehicle specifications, booking history, service information you provide, messages, and support interactions.
14.2 Privacy Policy
Our collection, use, disclosure, storage, and handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy, which is available on the RevLimit website and forms part of the information provided to you before account creation or purchase. RevLimit may disclose relevant information to independent providers, payment processors, technology suppliers, insurers, professional advisers, and regulators where reasonably necessary to operate the platform or where required or permitted by law.
14.3 Website and portal use restrictions
You must not use the website or member portal for unlawful purposes, credential sharing, data scraping, unauthorised access, malicious code upload, security testing without permission, automated misuse, or any act that may impair the website, booking system, or another user's access. RevLimit may suspend access and investigate suspected misuse or security incidents.
14.4 Communications and intellectual property
By creating an account or making an enquiry, you consent to RevLimit sending transactional messages, booking confirmations, reminders, payment notices, membership communications, compliance notices, and support responses by email, SMS, phone call, portal notification, or another contact method you provide. Marketing communications may be sent where permitted by law and may be unsubscribed from. All branding, website content, layouts, graphics, text, and customer-facing materials on the RevLimit website are owned by or licensed to RevLimit unless otherwise stated, and must not be copied or exploited without permission except as permitted by law.
15.1 Changes to these Terms
RevLimit may amend these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary to reflect legal requirements, security requirements, fraud prevention, operational changes, service changes, partner-model changes, or product changes. Any material change will be notified before it takes effect. A material change will operate prospectively only and will not retrospectively reduce rights already accrued or apply to services already paid for. If a material change adversely affects you, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
15.2 Complaints and dispute approach
If you have a complaint, you should first contact RevLimit customer support with sufficient detail so the issue can be investigated. Where the issue concerns an independent workshop, detailing provider, or third-party warranty provider, RevLimit may assist with coordination of information but may direct you to the relevant provider where that provider is the appropriate party to address the complaint. The parties should use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith before commencing court proceedings, except where urgent interlocutory relief is required or the law gives you a different right.
15.3 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and, where applicable, the Commonwealth of Australia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, that provision will be read down or severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.5 Customer acknowledgement
By proceeding with sign-up, payment, portal access, quote request, booking, or referral through RevLimit, you acknowledge that RevLimit operates as a membership and coordination platform only, that partner workshops and detailing providers are independent businesses, and that any warranty or protection product referred through RevLimit is provided by a third party and not by RevLimit itself.
